2. By completing the survey, your details will be entered into a prize draw where one name will be drawn at random to win £50 of Marks & Spencer vouchers.
3.The prize draw is only open to residents of the UK who are registered on the SMA know-how website.
4. Employees of SMA Nutrition and their families, their agents and anyone else associated with the development, implementation and administration of this promotion are exempt from the prize draw.
5. Once the required number of surveys has been received (as determined by SMA Nutrition), the prize draw will be closed.
6. The draw will take place within 28 days of the survey closing. The first entry drawn at random from all those received by the closing date will win a prize of £50 worth of Marks & Spencer vouchers.
7. There is no cash alternative.
8. The prize winner will be notified within 28 days of the draw.
